  1. Personal Account Manager:
    We believe in providing personalized service. All our clients and prospective clients are assigned a dedicated account manager from the moment they start interacting with ENBRAUN. Account manager is the point of contact for all your requirements (technical, training, billing etc.). This structure provides personalized service and ensures that our clients never need to dial a general support number and wait in long queue to explain their requirements / issues again and again at different levels. Account manager coordinate web / phone meetings and ensure that our current & prospective clients get all the necessary support from our concerned departments.

  2. Complimentary Web Demo:
    We use sophisticated and convenient online screen sharing and meeting software to provide support to our clients. We provide complimentary web demo to all our prospective & new clients. Web demo takes approx. 30 minutes and provides complete software overview.

  3. Web Based Training:
    After web demo, if additional training is required, then we can provide web based personal training sessions at a nominal cost of USD 300 for 2 hours. We prefer 'Train the Trainer' model, so that our clients have an in-house product specialist for their on-going configuration and administrative requirements.

  4. Live Chat:
    Start a chat session with our experts to discuss queries or resolve issues during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm IST).

  8. Phone Support:
    We are in the process of setting up 24 hour support centre. Once this is ready, we will be able to provide 24 hour phone support to our clients around the globe.

Note: Our official working timings are from 9 am IST to 6 pm IST Monday to Friday and we observe Indian bank holidays. Account managers that service international clients work at least a part of client's working timings. Mutually convenient timings can be coordinated with your account manager to organize web support sessions / phone calls.
